Q: Can your software work on single and multiple sites?
A: Yes, we work on single and/or multiple sites. We can also handle multiple data sources. Data may be streamed via an RS232 Connection, Via IP connection, Via the Internet, and Uploaded automatically to an FTP site. Depending on the connection type, multi sites will display live data in the Today page for all sites.
Q: Is your software real time?
A: Yes it is real-time. The data displayed on the Today page is updated as each call record is received. Reports that are open looking at historical data can also be updated to the latest data with the push of a button.
Q: Does your software work on any type of phone system?
A: Yes, we work on hundreds of different phone systems. As long as the phone system outputs CDR/SMDR information, we will have an interface to read the specific data output. *We only offer ACD/Call center functionality on Panasonic, Avaya IP Office and ShoreTel PBX systems at present.
Q: How much set up is involved once the software is installed?
A: When the software is installed, it will capture and implement items already programmed into the phone system (such as extension numbers, names, account codes, etc) therefore, eliminating manual set up labor. The level of automated setup varies depending on the PBX system. If a Panasonic PBX is used for example, the complete telephone setup is passed to our software so there is almost NO setup as everything including ACD groups, Auto Attendants and the like are obtained.
