CommsOffice FrontDesk Express

CommsOffice FrontDesk Express is an easy to use application that allows the user to control system functions such as Wake Up Alarms, Phone Messages (message light), Check In and Check Out, Bar and Unbar telephone as well as on screen CTI dialing. This allows the user to install the interactive functionality of the Panasonic PBX telephone system on as many workstation computers as required and removes the need for the user to be trained on the operation of the telephones.

CommsOffice FrontDesk Middleware

CommsOffice FrontDesk Middleware provides the link between the Panasonic PBX system and the resident PMS system via approved bidirectional interfaces. This allows the Panasonic telephone system to connect to a number of legacy PMS systems to allow the capture of Call Records, Messages, Wake Up calls, Room Dirty/Clean or Maid in Room, message waiting and bar and unbar of extensions associated with the rooms on Check In and Out.

CommsOffice FrontDesk PMS is an economic yet fully featured FrontDesk application for all the day to day tasks, call accounting, client billing and reporting necessary in any small to medium hospitality or long term residential establishment. FrontDesk is also designed to meet the rigors of serviced office requirements with individual organizational billing, bulk billing and user login.
