Establish single or multiple outgoing sales campaigns

Single Sales Campaigns

    • Campaigns can be written with a ‘date effective’ contained
    • Include extensions and numbers to be automatically dialled
    • Create performance times to customers may be dialled at a pace determined by the administrator
    • Extensions assigned to Sales campaigns may be assigned to a specific Sales ‘ACD group’ and all outgoing traffic can be associated with that group
    • System allows for automatic pauses and skips extension that busy or on a break
    • Ability to suspend and reactivate call leads at any time

Clever analytics to enhance future campaigns

A Flexible Range of Statistical Outputs

    • Campaign statistics are recorded separately to overall call statistics to enable true visibility of results
    • Flag specific call numbers with outcome results
    • Enable call numbers to be blocked from future contact if requested or required
    • Be able to reuse campaign numbers, import numbers from existing campaigns or similar sources (e.g. CSV files, ODBC compliant databases)


Automatic Customer call back’ will soon be available to allow a user, waiting in a queue, to select an option that will allow the system to automatically call them back rather than sitting on hold.

Initially the system will require the user to have CLI/CLID enabled on their telephone to enable the automatic call back however the application will be quickly expanded to allow the user to enter an alternative contact number.
