Convergence Summit success for Commsoft RMS

CommSoft RMS had a great Convergence Summit South, with a really busy stand and some really exciting opportunities generated.

We launched our modular range of software solutions for Avaya telephone systems  at the show, which were very well received. Many in the channel have eagerly awaited the products being available for Avaya after seeing the success rate on Panasonic and ShoreTel systems. We spoke to many new resellers that came to the stand following our pre show e-cast in association with Comms Business magazine. It seems that resellers are looking for a ‘one stop shop’ for solutions that will work together in any combination, with one common interface and from one database.

The Summit itself brought us unprecedented manufacturer, distributor and reseller interest and we are currently working through our stack of leads from the show and are in talks with a major manufacturer along with several of the largest global distributors. The show will pay for itself quickly and for focus, quality and organisation, the Convergence Summit North and South are the best an most focussed industry shows for us.
