Dialling

Ability to dial directly from applications and automated dialling (campaign, preview and progressive dialling).
Multiple outbound dialling methods are available, including highlight and dial (default keys Windows F3)

CTI PC Screen Dialling Methods

  1. Application dialling – dial directly from any application that can connect to a TAPI 1st Party TSP (TAPI Service Provider) – MS Outlook, ACT, Maximizer etc.
  2. Application dialling – dial directly from MS Windows Dialer or any application that uses Windows Dialer to make calls.
  3. Application dialling – dial from any application that can run an executable with the telephone number as a parameter e.g. Dial.exe 9195867300
  4. From MS Internet Explorer – dial by using plugin then highlighting any number in browser then right click dial number option.
  5. From MS Outlook – dial using Office Add-in toolbar.
  6. From Web Applications –dial via http from web application running in any browser.
  7. Hotkey dialling – dial any number that can be highlighted using a configurable hotkey keyboard combination.
  8. CTI Client – dial from client application
  9. CTI Client – dial from phone book
  10. CTI Client – dial from phone system speed dial
